Comfy Chair Consignment

Well, I've started a relationship with Comfy Chair Consignment in Madison, WI.  It's a new furniture consigment store that will open on Tuesday, February 8. I dragged a half-dozen of my completed chairs from the basement (enjoying being able to see some of the zebra print carpet that I thrifted for my studio) and loaded up my little Ford Edge.  Once in a while I miss my old minivan, despite the fact that it was like riding in a wind tunnel with all the noise.  I guess that with 200k miles on it, traveling to every softball tournament known to ponytailed girls, it did its job.

Necessity is the mother of invention

Since I can't make myself go back to work in "cubicle world" I'm heading out on my own.
Re-working and updating chairs is something I've been doing for years.
